You can submit support tickets and review existing tickets 24×7. New tickets are responded to Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Online training videos and help material are available 24×7–click on “Help” in the top right corner of your portal.

How much does customer support cost?
Up4Business offers free support calls and unlimited free support emails and chat for all plans.

Do you offer discounts for non/not-for profits?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for all non/not-for profit organizations.

How does the password recovery process work?
To retrieve your password use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. Enter your username and answer the hint question you have set up at sign-up. Your password will be sent to the email address you provided at sign-up.

I have a small to mid sized company with a small/no IT department. If I have a problem what do I do?
Up4Business is your IT department. We provide all the IT support you will need so you can avoid costly investment in IT personnel. Our expert support staff will answer any questions you have and will provide any technical support you may need.

How can I cancel my account?
Details of the cancellation process can be found here. If at the present time you don’t want to continue your Up4Business subscription but expect to have a need for it in the future, you may want to consider our “Dormant Account” option. For only R10 per user/month we will preserve all information, setup and configuration currently stored in your portal, and you may fully restore your account at any time in the future.
